Programs

There is a precision of movement that can be achieved through an awareness of body position, sensation, and control. With any program that I individually design, the athlete is encouraged to understand the purpose of the movement and tune into their own body to understand the movement chain connecting the body and the mind in a powerful way.

What parents say (4)

I was so impressed by the Mindful Movement Class. Not only did Grace show the kids how to control their muscles but she also taught the children about muscle structure and anatomy. Such a cool opportunity for my 5 year old daughter!

Michaela

My son loved Mindful Movement so much that even after we moved to MA, he asked when we could go back to CA and his Movement class! It gave him confidence and increased agility while igniting an interest in body mechanics. I wish we had the class where we live now. It was great!

Kathy

Grace is obviously more than qualified to teach mindful movement based on her experience as an athlete and her training in yoga. But addition to all of that, she is wonderful with children, calm, centered, supportive and fun, with the little ones as well as the older ones. My four year old told me she loved taking the Mindful Movement class with Grace because it challenged her to work hard — to run as fast as she could, and to move her arms while she ran. Grace's impact on both of my girls has been very valuable; she sets high standards for kids physically and mentally, and she models and teaches them to work toward those standards, all while keeping it age-appropriate and fun.

Heather

Something my son never forgot about from Grace's Mindful Movement Class was to BREATH IN AND OUT whenever he feels any type of stress.
